I'm in pain...worked out and played some soccer. I probably will have trouble waking up and even getting out of bed. I need to seriously make it a habit (working out). It's good for you, refreshing and relaxing. So why can't I manage to fit it into my schedule? Major overhaul needed here. With my summer classes starting at 9:30, I can make it in for an hour at least 3-4 times per week. Today was my first day. Let's see....to commit or not commit?
Summer is here, weather is kicking up and beaches are opening. I think I need to make it a requirement. Exercizing for a good cause...to better my health and physical appearance so that I can wear a bikini....
Wearing a bikini? Yeah those were the good old days. Maybe I can create more of those days....
