The invisable glass box. Every class has a struggle with itself and I feel prevents there own self from succeeding. It is a cycle . The older generation teaches the new generation the new morals intellect and standard of what they did and that only shows the new generation how to act according . Studies have been done showing that if an middle class person learns the standards of the upper class and presents themselves in that way , more people will be susceptible to listening to that person. For Example, as an African- American i feel as we put ourselves in a vicious cylce. We alienate the Blacks that become successful saying that they are "sell outs" and stick close to the ones that are similitude to the majority which is not necessarily successful . Lets face it misery loves company and this is a trait that the African-American community uses. Instead of using the successful African-Americans in the community they are but on a pedestal and unattainable for all which has a bad message for children and the upcoming generation. We do it to ourselves unknowingly. When will we come together to help each other?
