Some people dont deserve to be parents

Ok...so I just saw the most disturbing video. A co-worker sent the video to my blackberry. The video shows a 2 year old toddler smoking, and who has been addicted to cigarettes since he was 18 months old. The video is disturbing, not only because of the fact that the child is smoking, but because they have him dressed up with a biker look, with leather jacket and all. He is surrounded by people who obviously know him and they are all posing for the spectacle while some news people record this toddler making donuts with the cigarette smoke and flipping the cigarette in between his fingers. I'm hoping the child's parents are in jail because that's where they deserve to be. Even if they want to say "it's an addiction and he throws tantrums if you don't let him be" I would still throw them in jail. I guess, like the video says, since this is happening in Indonesia it's ok, just as long as it's not happening in the U.S.

I wonder what this world is coming to. I'm even disturbed at the fact that these news cast people have the audacity to film this. How much money did they pay the family of the toddler to have permission to film him? He's obviously under age and they must have had them sign something or whatever. And what about the news cast? How much money are they making off of this? This is not the kind of thing that we should concentrate on filming. It is absolutely disturbing.
