RE: What's so good about beer?

Hey Chia-Ling. I read your post and I couldn't help but laugh. I agree with you that alcohol will make you do things that you normally wouldn't do whether it's because your afraid to or it's just not you. I personally did not like beer that much until I started to taste other beer than the usual. For example, most Spanish people will have corona or Heineken in their parties. However, recently I had the chance to taste "blue moon" and I really like the taste of it. Some people think it's disgusting and that's their opinion. I think that the cheaper the beer the nastier the taste.

Wine is very tasty, but it's not an everyday type of drink. White or red wine, I like them both. I'm way past that stage where you go out and get drunk just for the heck of it. If I were to get drunk right now, it would have to be because I'm going through some stressful time in my life and to be even more lame I would probably do it in the privacy of my home, just because I would not want to be the party pooper. I have gotten drunk at times and when I'm drunk I get so paranoid that something is going to happen to me that I end up sitting down, usually keeping my distance from everyone and I become so quiet. Which is the absolute opposite of me when I'm in my normal state of mind. I become an introvert...and I'm totally an extrovert.
