Traditions

Tomorrow my sisters and I will be coloring Easter eggs, shopping for candy and the ingredients for a lovely dinner, and just spend some quality time together. Having done this every year I can remember, I am looking forward to it. Even though spring break has gone by way too fast for my liking, I am excited for this. It is the little things in life, the little moments in between the fights and the bickering that make things nice. I'm sure there will be squabbles along the way, as there are every year, I'm sure, but somehow I always block them out. I never remember the arguing, and instead look forward to the good times. I'm not sure why we are all nicer this time around, if it's because of some supposed religious obligation, or if we are all just appreciative of each other's company. Either way, it's going to be a good day.
