Being a boss is not always as easy as it looks

My sister just got promoted to a supervisor which comes with a lot of responsibility. She is responsible for workers and has a lot more paper work to do. WHen people think of being in charge they rarely connect being a boss with having a hard time. In my sister's case she did not expect to be under so much stress after 2 weeks as supervisor. They tell her at work that it is all worth it in the end but at this point my sister is ready to throw in the towel. I know she is not going to quit her job but I just got to make sure she doesn't lose her head with this one.
