Midterm III, the Perfect Institution

The perfect institution should suit every student's needs. Even in small universities or colleges, this is almost impossible, not to mention big institutions such as Stony Brook University. The best solution I can think of is for schools to recruit more employees, and more importantly, students themselves should start to take initiatives. They are the ones who are really in charge of their destinies. The instructors, faculty and staff should offer more opportunities, such as internships and projects, to students, who on the other hand should actively seek those chances and ready to take them. Such emphasis on both ends of the academic instition will increase student's exposure to the real world.
