I'm finally getting the ball rolling with my internship at WUSB. This place has truly opened my eyes in how much opportunities this radio show can offer. It made me realize that radio is the most powerful device. I mean internet and television is the big ones, but radio has been around before those two. I listened to the promos at the station and big time people were here at Stony Brook supporting the station. I didn't see anything big on the internet or television, but hearing Jim Morrison on a promo was amazing. I love how technology is evolving, but you can't take back the past and see how amazing something like that is. Media really does get your ideas out into the open and help people get known, yet when there is a good thing there is always a flaw. I suppose it is how someone uses it to make a good thing a bad thing.
