Book Trade In
why is it that when we trade in books to the bookstore, the MOST we can get is half of what we bought it for? I got $97 for my physics book, which is not bad. Ive seen people in line get $30 for $150 books. That is ridiculous to me, especially since some of the classes we take don't even require that you read the text.
College Kills Electronics
My brand new phone decideds when it wants to send and recieve calls/texts, and shuts off randomly. My iPod Touch has a cracked screen and somtimes forgets that it actually has music on it, so it will say "No Content" for no reason. My laptop has had 7 viruses since I got to SBU and now runs like shit. All of these were fine before this year started. College kills electronics.
Finals week
I can't even express how bad I just want to go home and be done with this year. I haven't seen my girlfriend in 3 weeks because of our god damn school schedules. Now I'm still here and shes out of school in Maine waiting for me to get home. And of course, my math final is on Monday, so I have a few days to just wait to go home. At least I can peace out of here right after that final. Thank god I brought my car.
Fridge Removal
Apparently I can't remember anything said to me while driving. I was talking to a man who was coming to pick up my fridge and we set the date and time for today at 1130. Of course, I forgot. So I was woken to him knocking on my door and explaning that I wouldn't get my deposit back because I didn't defrost the fridge. So now theres water all over my floor from moving it, my room as no fridge, I have a Final at 215, and I'm $25 poorer. awesome.

Last But NOT Least
Yes this is finally my last post to complete my 100 posts. In fact I think it's my 101th post but that's just because I got a little carried away and didn't check on the exact number of posts I was putting up. Well, it was a great semester and a ever better class. It's nice to have a class that isn't science or math. It was definitely a great experience and I would like to take more classes like these if I get the chance. Professor Baldwin, you're one the coolest professors and I enjoyed your class to the fullest. I'll miss this class.
Brooklyn Bridge
This is a poster of the Brooklyn Bridge and I have it hung in my room because it's pretty and because I'm still looking for a good chance to walk the bridge with Mr. Special. It's just something that is a random thing on my TO DO list
Obsession
Yes I have a weird and strange obsession with earrings. Every time I go to the mall, I always end up buying a new pair of earrings. I don't know why but I'm simply amazed by them. I have 6 piercings and yes that is it. I don't think my body has the endurance to take any more than that. It's not even that I wear any of them. I have a few favorite pairs and I just keep using them. They just are so pretty to me.
Success
"A weak man has doubts before a decision, a strong man has them afterwards."
- Karl Kraus
Just goes to show that you need to be able to make decisions and have confidence in what you do. Life is going to pass right by you and you won't even get a chance to tell people that you tried to and had that courage to make that one decision that you could've failed miserably in or became successful in. Don't doubt yourself but instead make your decision wisely yet with full confidence. He who does not try does not get anywhere in life. Failure is the first step to success and let us never forget that.

Summer
I dread finals week right now. I hate this time of year but the only thing to look forward to is usually the summer. I think I might have found some research opportunity to work in the lab as well as take 2 classes here at Stony Brook. I don't know whether or not I'm going to make it in life but I know I can't make it unless I try. So I'm going to give it all my best and aim high for the stars. This week is nothing and I can handle a few sleepless nights in order to do well in all my classes. I really depend on my finals for some classes to make it through the class and I don't want to mess up.
Ummm??
There is so much to say but where do I start from. It's 6a.m. and I'm still finishing up some of my last posts. I just finished studying for physics and my computer had a total melt down before but thank god it decided to recover or else I'd go crazy. Sad to say but I'm very attached to technology. I think it revolves around me and it revolves around everyone else too. Everywhere you turn you'll find something that is so high tech. Laptops, phones, cameras, ipods, ipads, electric pencil sharpener (yes i know the last one was pretty random) but the point is that technology is everywhere and the more it advances, the more we advance as well.
Wedding
Bride
I went to a wedding about a year ago for my cousin. He was one of those guys who said he would never get married but as years pass by you realize that a significant other is needed to share precious moments with. Now that he's married he is one of the happiest guy i know but he just won't admit it. In a Hindu wedding, this is the traditional outfit of the bride. She has a lot of make up and jewelry on and sometimes it's hard for her to carry herself. But she is one of the most beautiful women looked upon, at the wedding. I would even have to say more than the groom.

Health
Is it healthy just to sit around all day without any physical activity? Not really In a day we should be getting a lot of exercise yet we're so lazy sometimes and just disregard it. We need to get up and go out in he fresh air. We sit in closed rooms all day that our body becomes accustomed to it. This is not good and in your later years it'll show. I think I become like that a lot. I would start off with a full blown exercise routine and then end up forgetting about it at the end because I was too busy.
Hunger strikes.
Its past 3am and I now realize I'm hungry. My only good food I can rely on is my milk and cereal. It's easy and reliable and always there in my fridge. Unless of course it gets expired. The weird thing is that I work so much better at night. During the day, all I want to do is sleep but during the nights, it's as if I magically become alive. I can focus and get my work done. What takes me 3 hours during the day takes my an hour during the night. Amazing.
