sisters

To me there is nothing like a bond between two sisters. I have a little sister who is also my best friend. I am lucky enough to experience what it is like to have both brothers and sisters and the different relationships that you share.

My sister and I have the best relationship. We can talk about anything and we can have fun with anything that we do. I'm lucky because she is not an annoying little sister that people have trouble dealing with. She has taught me so much. I look up to her and I know I am the one supposed to be setting the example.

She carries herself way better than I did when I was 18 years old. I hope that she learned from my mistakes because as long as she makes the right decisions, I am okay with my failures. I started thinking about how much she means to me because she is leaving to go to the Bahamas in a couple of hours and I am truly going to miss her so much. The house will definitely not be the same without her!

Why does technology hate me?

Exporting to quicktime is apparently the hardest thing my computer has ever done. I've finished my work, but I just can't get it to export no matter how hard I try.


I've been at it for hours and I'm just about ready to pull my hair out. Which leads me to what my blog is about: does technology just hate me or is it a bone of contention for all people? I always feel like all of the technologically advanced items I buy are somehow flawed. Why won't my computer ever do something good, but the guy sitting next to me has everything up and running as it should? Is it something I'm doing? Doubtful.


I think the problem is that I'm just impatient, but in this specific case, I tried to export my flash file, waited for about half an hour, went back to my computer and it's still going. Not actually doing anything, but not not doing anything, if that makes sense. I'm angry right now and it is in this moment that I wish I could pick up my computer and hurl it out the window. That is all.

Help with Sketch up and Flash!

With sketch up does anyone know how to upload it to youtube and get it to have motion? I dont get how to make it rotate around the picture.

Also, I can't download flash. Can someone tell me what version they used or how they got it to work!

HEAT WAVE

SO BASICALLY WE ARE ALL MELTING! 105 degrees today and though i loveeee the summer and love to get tan .... but it is way to hott it is dangerous. Everyone is complaining about how hott it is and how much it sucks. Its soo funny how we complain when it is winter ...saying that "summer needs to come". Then when its hott we want to be in the cold. We need to make up our minds. This is just one example showing why we are never happy ! Today we have a insatiable need for instant gratiude. Nothing is ever Enough. But any whoo here are just 3 great ways to deal with the heat.

1. Go to the movies or the mall! This is a great way to stay cool and do something entertaining so you are not wasting your time.

2. IF YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE ( WHICH SUCKS) , make sure u drink 8 oz of water before. This will help you stay hydrated and prepare your body for when you go outside. Also, wear light clothes like linen and light colors that don't attract heat

3. Wait till after 5 pm to go outside , no need to go take a run at 1 when it is the hottest it will be all day. Oh yea wear a hat protects your face
