Tricked by the Doc

I missed my frst two classes today for what i thought was an opening with a specialist who is doing a biopsy on my thyroid. Instead, i miss two classes for another consultation and then find out that i might have an autoimmune disease that "destroys the thyroid throughout time." Yay, but they still want a biopsy on the 25th, for what i have no idea if its only a cyst. A cyst cant be cancerous by definition. But, per usual ill refraim from asking questions or my head starts to spin. Random babbling? I know but I got no one else to tell.
