Pet Peeves!
Why don’t people ever signal before turning anymore? This is one of my biggest pet peeves. It’s not that hard to turn on your turn signal when you’re driving. The lever is right next to the driving wheel and you barely have to move your hand. It’s not like the lever is on the other side of the car and you have to physically get out of the driver seat to turn it out, so why is it so hard for people to switch on or off? I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been driving behind someone and they turn or switch lanes without any warning. It’s so annoying and could be potentially dangerous if one person isn’t paying attention. I commute to school and on my way to and from the campus, there is one sharp/blind turn, so it is essential for people to turn on their signals. It’s frustrating knowing I could have made a left hand turn if someone moved their hand an inch to hit the right hand turn signal instead of going straight, but apparently this is too difficult for them, so then about 15 more cars drove past them and I was stuck waiting.
