facebook and its diminishing returns

So when I was a freshman I absolutely loved facebook. More than that, i was obsessed with it. I needed the facebook application on my phone, i needed the facebook server to send me a text message when someone posted on my wall, I loved to have poke wars with cuties ( laugh), and I loved having more friends than any of my friends on "facebook". And that was fun for a while. But the joy and excitement eventually started to go away. Im a "super" senior now and i dont even reply to those who post on my wall, even my family and close friends. I feel like facebook is a waste of time and the joy i get from it is close to nothing. I only check it because I have absolutely nothing to do. So i believe that facebook is jsut a phase that people go through. None of my friends are very active on facebook anymore either. All of my facebook crazed friends practically deactivated it already. so id like to say... let people do what they want on facebook , its gonna get boring anyways.
