Technology Cont'd

Just because technology causes some evil, does that make it evil itself? In one of my other classes we have been learning about the different theories of evil and depending on which you believe in, we are all evil as it is. For example, one theory of evil is called privation and it basically means that humans are constantly sinning and casing evil because every time you turn down the opportunity to help someone then you are allowing evil to happen thus causing evil. Even then, you must go out of your way to help others for that is what a truly good person does...sounds like a pretty exhausting theory but it encourages people to help each other.
