Truth

I am not going to lie, I am running out of things to write about and I am trying so hard. I actually went out and got ice cream in the middle of coming up with things to write about. I got crunch dibs. I got some Cookies and Cream ice cream for one of my friends. Now I'm sitting on his bed trying to think of more topics to write about for this blog.

Coincidence?

My name is Shane Collette. The girl that I sit next to in ACH's name is Colette. In class Baldwin kept calling her Shannon. Shannon is my sister's name. He was calling Colette Shannon when I have a sister named Shannon Collette. I thought it was a strange coincidence. I then decided that Colette and I should not get married because then her name would be Colette Collette and that would just not be normal.

Personality

I took a personality test the other day. Usually I wouldn't think anything of it. But this one's results were spot on. It got down everything about me, things that i knew were true but never attributed them to myself because i didnt like the way they sounded. but after taking this test i realized that it is all true.

Exams

The end of the year is coming, and that means finals. I was wondering today why they make us take such big tests at the end of the year when every one is just burnt out. Then I realized, they're testing us on what we've learned and there would be no reason to go on any longer if there were no more exams. So I hate them, but there is a purpose to them. :-\

Nicknames

I'm not sure how many people actually do this, but I always make up nicknames for people I see but never actually talk to. There are these two people that are in my Bio class that are constantly making out with each other, so my friend and I call them the siamese twins. There is a woman that always comes into work and orders a milkshake made with only one scoop of ice cream. We call her one-scoop. I feel like every one makes up nicknames for these people. There are so many people that you see all the time but you don't actually know.

Transferring

Since coming to school I have made many friends. I want to go home and see all my old friends but I don't want to leave my new ones behind. The sad part is, some of them won't even be here when I return. It's hard to make friends if you know that soon you won't see them any more. Of course, it's easy to make friends with them, it's just hard because you don't want to get too attached. Sometimes you can't help it though and they become people that you see every day, that is, until they leave.

OH NO!

A sliced pickle that I rescued from the jar.

Headed home

Almost home to Boston. I love seeing the signs on the highway as I'm driving home.

Home

This is the reason I like going home. Ice cream sundaes galore.

Under age...

I didn't know pokemon was so graphic they needed to check IDs.

Vegas Part 2

Really?

Don't you hate when you tell some one something but then they go ahead and mention it to some one else. Some times you don't specifically say not to tell any one... but still common sense would dictate that it might be one of those things you don't spread around. Which I guess isn't really their fault, it is kind of your fault. But still, it's not a happy experience.

Study Time

Maybe I should take better notes...

The future is clear...

"Here we go. Low fat, whole wheat green tea."

Relax

A sign in the psych A building.
Strangely, I feel a little better.

STOP!

A stop sign behind the SAC
"STOP... having babies"

Sketch

This is a sketch of a monster that I did randomly one night.

Castle suite.

Two weekends ago my friend and I took a trip to Brandeis University which is right near Boston since we both have friends that go there. They have a castle on their campus. Students live in this castle. Although my friend told me that it has some of the worst rooms on campus, I still think it would be cool to say that you live in a castle.

Daily routine

Every day I get on the computer and I go through the same routine. First things first, I sign on to Skype. Then I open up firefox and head over to facebook to check just how popular I am. After I realize that no one loves me enough to write on my wall I then head over to mylifeisaverage.com and read the stories that people post. They're mostly funny and they brighten my day just a little bit. Then i go to textsfromlastnight.com and read up on the new texts. Finally, I open a new tab and go to reddit.com and see all the news stories that people think are important or read some of the questions that people ask others for comments on. These are the first steps that I do when I turn on my computer.

Advertising can be great

I thought this was awesome. If you read the first letter of each line it spells out a secret message. The things that they let slip by can be hilarious. If I were working in a business like this I would totally hide things in them all the time. I'm sure there are some cases where things like this can cause serious trouble but times where it is pretty much harmless can be quite entertaining.
