Who can change

Today at the nail salon I saw a man dressed up as woman getting his nails done. I know he went a bit farther than just dressing up since he also had breasts. This is not the first time I have seen a transgender person, but I feel like those people have something about them that helps the whole transformation. Sometimes it is hard to tell if a good job was done. But this guy looked liked he did everything himself and nothing seemed as if he was a woman. I have nothing against transgenders but I just feel that not everyone is fit for that role.
