It is something I never even think about doing. But if I had to, yes of coarse I could. You would be surprised of all the people who actually do not know how to mail a letter these days. I'll bet most people in high school these days would not even know what to do.
In one of my classes my professor gave us an option to hand in a paper either at school on the 13th or by mail post marked the 18th. This kid in my class raises his hand and says, "Umm what does post marked mean?"
hahahha... Oh we have gone there, this is the future. Crazy
