I was in the city on Saturday when the car bomb was set to go off and I had no idea about it until I got home. At the time that they found it about like 6:30 I was on 40th and 7th getting some delicious felafel's, how strange is it that a bomb could have gone off at that exact time? I do not think that I was close enough that I could have been injured from it but I most definitely would have seen the chaos that would unfold after the bomb went off.

It is crazy that there are countries where car bombs go off everyday. To see the effect one car bomb that did not go off has on us really makes me think of how awful it is for some people. There are some crazy people in the world. It is unfortunate that the world is like this and it is not all just rainbows and puppy dogs (as much as I would love for it to be), but there are people in the world who want to and will do harm to innocent people.
