Car bomb in Times Square!

When I first heard about this earlier today it was shocking to me. The place I walk around and hang out with my friends all the time could have been potentially been blown away today. I am just thankful that someone told the cops to check it out because in the city everyone is in a rush to get somewhere. I am pretty sure that tons of people passed that smoking car and did not think anything of it. Just thinking about the whole situation is a bit scary because I could have been out there today. But like I said I am glad someone stepped out and said something. I am happy that New Yorkers are taking the phrase "If you see something say something" seriously.
