Truth be told, the bear bit in the beginning had me hysterical.
As for the rest of it and the show this segment is in (infoMania) are all actually pretty cool. It's like The Soup on VH1 (if you have any idea what I'm talking about). It's a sum up of all sorts of media that had been televised / broadcasted in the last week or so - the strange or unusual bits, anyway. It's a good time waster / recap if you missed weird stuff.
