Toyota

Last week Toyota announced that they would be recalling millions of vehicles due to faulty gas pedals. I was shocked to learn about this massive recall; never expecting Toyota to be the car company at fault. Toyota has a reputation for being a reliable car manufacturer and this has helped them to dominate the American market. I suppose everyone makes a mistake sometime and I just hope Toyota is able to handle this situation in an organized manner. However, this may come as good news to the American car manufacturers (Chevy, Chrysler, and Ford) who can look to capitalize on Toyota’s misfortune. This may be the Big 3’s only chance to convince the American marketplace about the quality of their vehicles over the likes of Toyota.
