Kathy Griffin

Tonight I am seeing Kathy Griffin at Madison Square Garden. For those of you who haven’t heard of her, she is a self proclaimed “D-List” comedian who has won multiple Emmys and nominated for Grammys. Her whole act is basically making fun of other celebrities, sharing her everyday life events, and sharing her D-List experiences, such as being mistaken for Kathie Lee Gifford and getting banned from various talk shows. I suggest reading her book, Official Book Club Selection, because it’s hilarious and how hard she truly worked to get where she is now. The 6th season of her show, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List will air this summer on Bravo. This will be my 6th time seeing her live and every show just gets funnier and funnier. I can’t wait for tonight!
